establishment of the Development Agency under the name \u201cFilippoi Local Government Development Agency, Single-Member Public Limited Company\u201d and the distinctive title \u201cFilippoi Development Single-Member S.A.\u201d took place in accordance with the provisions of Laws No. 4674\/2020 and No. 4690\/2020 and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4548\/2018 on public limited companies, with the aim of serving as a tool for implementing the development policy of the Municipality of Kavala for the benefit of the local
