limited company under the name \u201cFilippoi Local Government Development Organization Single-Member Public Limited Company\u201d is set at one hundred thousand (100,000.00) euros and is divided into ten thousand (10,000) common registered shares, each with a par value of ten (10) euros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-decbcee
