Board of directors and management operations
The Development Agency known as “Filippoi Local Government Development Agency, Single-Member Public Limited Company” is managed by the Board of Directors in accordance with the powers set forth in the Articles of Incorporation of the Public Limited Company.
The Board of directors shapes the Organization’s strategic and operational development and exercises its powers in accordance with applicable law. It is generally responsible for deciding on all matters concerning the administration of the Organization, the management of its assets, and the general pursuit of its purpose.
The Board of directors of the Development Agency known as “Filippoi Local Government Development Agency, Single-Member Public Limited Company,” was established by Resolution A1/S1/2024 of its first meeting on October 24, 2024, follows the term of office of the Municipal Authorities and has the following composition:
